supported by the expertise of the world’s leading permanent magnet technicians.
Neodymium permanent magnets, critical for HEV/EV drive traction motors, lose their magnetic strength at high temperatures. To prevent this, heavy rare earth elements like dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb) are typically added to enhance heat resistance. However, these heavy rare earths are rare and expensive, making cost efficiency a challenge for manufacturers.
At JS Link, we have secured advanced technology to reduce the use of heavy rare earth elements, maintaining high quality while reducing costs. Our products are on par with the top five manufacturers in China and Japan, offering a competitive edge in the global market.
